Some people are of the notion that organizations and other various sectors should be relocated to the countryside. I completely agree with this statement because pressure will be reduced on other industries, making working conditions convenient for workers, stress-free, and also providing employment opportunities for people living in the villages.
On the one hand, moving industrial sectors to the countryside is beneficial because pressure will be lessened on other sectors since there would be an extension of services in various townships. For instance, workloads on workers will be shared among staffs in other organizational sectors, making work more efficient.
On the other hand, although some individuals are engaged in other working offices in the urban areas, creating more businesses within the countryside ensures that people who are less privileged have access to work in those areas, thereby increasing the employment rate in the country. An example is the recent recruitment of Ghanaian nurses who were posted to facilities in other villages and towns where people get easy access to quality health care services when they are unwell.
In conclusion, it is imperative to change the location of businesses and industries to our rural areas, not only to serve as a better way of employing new staff and reducing the workload on staff but also to provide good working conditions and make them more convenient.
