In the era of digitalization, people are more incline towards latest technology which has been introduced in the world. These technologies have made people lives easier. For example, televisions, phones etc. However, I agree to a large extent that current development plays pivotal role in making television screen convenient option rather than enjoying live concerts, which will be discussed in upcoming paragraphs.
To begin with, due to latest advancement in technology , a significant change in preference of people has been noticed. If we take an example of innovation of television, people nowadays do not prefer to go live shows or performance rather they choose to stick to their televisions or phones. There are many applications in the television which provide such facilities which make their audience stick in front of their t.v screens. For example, application such as hotstar, prime, Netflix provide live concerts of artists on their platform only so that audience can enjoy their time while sitting at home because people find these advancement more convenient as compared to the traditional live performance.
Furthermore, apart from the above reasons there ate other aspects too, which makes live performance least preferable choice among people nowadays. There are so many developments in the televisions recently such as wide screen, HD Quality, clear sound etcetera. These features is the added advantage that people do not feel to attend live performance anymore. In order to attend live performance or concerts, people stand in the long queue to get their desired front row sit which is very hard to get. On the other hand, even though audience pay large amount of money, they can not get proper experience of the event sometimes due to large crowd which is not a case with the enjoying shows from televisions.
Conversely, even though there are so many advantages of advancement of television, some people still prefer traditional way of attending live performance because live event or shows provide realistic experience according to people’s opinion but this has been easily outstripped by latest 4K and HD technology of television along with the home theatre.
Overall it can be ascertained that recent advancement played significant role in making television screen so live that people do not prefer to go to live performance anymore.
