According to lastly data, there are upward tendency of violent crimes among young adults who are under 18. Some psychologists believe that the main reason of these crimes is due to the lack of emotional and social knowledge which should be learned from families and schools. However, there are the other phenomenas that cause crimes in society as the impacts of social media, violent games and TV.
On the one hand, it can not be declined that parents and teachers play vital roles of upbringing children in society. Some believe that parents do not pay enough attention to their children’s care and control their behavior due to working hardly and it is not preferred to teach student moral values in schools. As a result of the lack of the care, youngsters’ psychological health is damaged and for being center of attention they start to commit some type of crimes. For examples, nowadays the number of crimes as using and selling of drugs or hitting and killing are increasing gradually in schools and universities.
On the other hands, there are other factors that can influence youngsters’ mental circumstances as social media, games and TV. There many negative trends, including violence to the others, abusing or robbing that are represented in Tik-Tok, Instagram and Facebooks. For instance, some criminal groups attract teenagers to make some sexual contents as videos by encouraging them with money or fake love feelings. Furthermore, the number of violent games drastically increase. On these games youngsters use guns and kill their enemies. However, this is not real, this type of games affects them subconsciously. For examples, it is observed that after playing these games, children start to hurt their friends.
In conclusion, I strongly feel that the factors that had crucial impacts on the number of crimes are complex. Families and schools should work together on this cases for declining amount of crimes in societies.
