Research provide that waste from households and packaging is increasing problem in many countries. Some people argue that it is the government’s responsibility to tackle this problem, while others think individuals must take action. In my point of view, although each person have to care about it, ultimately it is government’s responsibility to take the lead, because they have a power and access to its fund which do not have anyone.
As a person who live and enjoy from this life I think, saving this kind of brilliant gift as an earth from such kind of trash which created by wasting households and packaging, is one of the main responsibility of each individual’s. Every person who live there must care about its cleanliness and safety by minimizing of wasting of any products and using it correctly. Take a China, where in many its cities people wash even trash before throwing it. With it, they help to their local recycling areas to love their works. Therefore, in such kind of cities the percentage of pollution is unimaginable low rather than us, and it is the power of brilliant culture and people’s discipline.
On the other hand, the government must bear the primary responsibility for reducing waste of households and packaging, and I definitely support it. Even individuals want to solve it, there do not have any conditions for them, and government should give an attention to this sphere and must grant of a subsidy to build mini recycling factories to each region. Manufacture industry also has its own affects to it, so the government must control them and reduce manufacturing and using plastics. For example, in Uzbekistan fast food centers uses carton for packaging meal instead of polyethylene bags and it is very good step.
In conclusion, individuals also must care about it, it is everybody’s responsibility to save our planet from wasting households and minimizing the trash, ultimately it is government’s responsibility to take this situation under the control, make some conditions to recycling like subsidies, and control using plastic in businesses, manufactory and such kind of industries.
