A case in point is for instance a family, where parents are unmeployees, so everytime when they obtain the money, they will spend for children expends, such as medicine, eat, sometimes it can also education. Subsequently, their life would be depends on financial support from other, despite have job, which can provide not only salary, but also they can obtain insurance from government.
