Institution ought to focus more on teaching students about how they can achieve workforce skills rather than academic results. I completely agree with it because it will help students to earn a better job and also they will be able to create opportunities for others.
While it is true that, academic results are important for a students to establish themselves. However, todays fast paced world require some extra qualifications to become a successful person. For example, most of the job interviews want a candidate to be sophisticated in terms of IT skills, communications and so on. Whereas, only higher academic results are no enough to get a job, therefore, schools much focus on developing other skills based on students career.
Students can also create a large number of opportunities for others because when they have profound knowledge about career that they achieved from their institution it will assist them to build a better work environment for others as well. For instance, in recent time a lot of people are seeking jobs where majority of the people ended up with an unsatisfied job because of not having sufficient academic records. In contrast, Students with enough workforce skills can minimize this type of problem by creating their own business, and also they can create jobs for others.
