As a strike example, they can provide sport facilities at workplace or cover their sport membership costs to push them to go to the gym or keep a balanced diet. Furthermore, counteracting mental issues would be free healthcare support by governments. Authorities should make regulations to reduce the concerns of their citizens by evaluating its level with the intention of providing medical advances and investigator assistance without payment or by health insurance.

In conclusion, active lifestyle is key to wellness, hence it is recommended by scientists to do sport in terms of being mentally and physically well-being.
