Nowadays, a lot of individuals say that our traditions and customs are being seen as opportunities to have fun and relax.While I accept and support this idea,I would believe that most of people search some interesting and fun moments during festivals.
On the one hand,I would agree that a lot of people see our festivals as fun and during these festivals they tend to buy something interesting or do something fun for them. For example, many people go shopping and have some entertainment in the local parks during the festivals.In addition,they they receive some gifts from relatives or friends, that is why they like festivals.Sometimes they are inclined to sing some music songs during the festival and have forgotten about real meaning of these traditions,customs and festivals.One good example could be UK,a lot of individuals go for shopping and buy interesting things.Also,They go out with their friends and have fun.They actually don’t know about these traditions.
On the other hand,there are also some traditions that have not been forgotten throughout the world.Furthermore,a lot of people are aware of meaning of traditions,especially some native residents of ancient countries.Also there are many countries who are teaching their young students about religious knowledge,traditions,meaning of some festival and customs.For instance,In the UK, a lot of schools arrange some occasions and events that are about UK’s festivals and religion and these students also have some crucial information about their culture.I suppose these actions help us maintain culture diversity and because of this,we can know more about other countries’ culture and heritage.
In conclusion,although a lot of individuals tend to think festivals are becoming resource for having fun,I would argue that there are also some traditions and festivals that have not been completely forgotten among people.
