Education and Health facilities fully supported by authorities or its in a people accounts to pay for these facilities.I strongly agree with first argument because state is responsible for wellfare of their citizens in term of education and health services.
On the one hand, States spend most of their budget on schooling and medical facilities of their soceity because its a core priority of a government. Education is a key element for the development of the countries in term of economically, morally and socially. Government give oppoturinty to their people for free education from kindergarten to phd that leads to a country development in every field to life from technology to discoveries, research to modernisation and so on.
Germany is the one of the example of free education and medical services to their pupils without any charges or minor charges depending on the legislation. Citizens of germany is taking full these two benefits. They are not worrying about their childerns success and career because they are in care of state that provides not only education but also accomadation and scholarships. While medical treatment are also free and people just pay montly few bucks for the insurance that provides full medical treatments expense.
On the contrary, People are unable to pay for these services in most of the countries, like USA, most of students are stuck under the state loan and spend most of life just to bring back these funds that they take for completing univeristies or collage degree in term of fee. Similarly, Medical services are also expensive in USA, people unable to get proper treatment without money. This is the core point that i disagree with that people pay for the services.
In conclusion, States are spending on the people welfare in terms of education and medical are happier than those who pay for these facilities,
