From ethical perspective , parents believe that rewards might motivate to study harder . Yes ,indeed ,earning rewards boost the motivation of children. Moreover it encourage students to work diligently. It provide them a reason to work harder .To instance , like an adult who for in a faculty for the sake of money, a child would work harder and get to know the connection between efforts and awards. Emotionally, not every child is able to secure high grades as every child differ from each other. Individual is born with and develop different ability which might not include strong learning capacity.
