Since unequal distribution of all human needs and ecological diversity in every states cause people use different level of opportunities like food and education according to where they live, food and education is a point at issue in several countries. In this case, there are opposing views as to whether proficient countries should help their poorer neighbors or every country is in charge of ensuring its population with good living condition. In my point of view of sites have relevant arguments which will be discussed in the following paragraphs.
On the one hand, humans as a social animal should share whatever they have with everyone who needs while we live in different parts of the world. The reason why some nations live poor life does not lie behind theirs official’s irresponsibility or illiteracy but behind the scarcity of natural resources or severe ecological conditions. Take central Africa as a salient example where people tend to live without eating food or drinking water for days. In addition, the person struggling to survive does not think about science or art instead they worry about what they bring to their families to eat. In a broader view, if we support one another regardless of our nationality we will be strong enough to fight against every problems.
On the other hand, it is true that every country should provide it citizens with basic human needs. There are several countries where bureaucracy and corruption escalate to the point where most tangible and intangible assets are owned by official bodies. In addition the chance to hold higher position at the government is confined to only the elite. Hence social stratification reaches it height and in turn, deprive citizens from taking advantage of high level of education, but concerning about just making a living. In other words, unless there is honesty and strong responsibility of official figures toward the citizens, the economical and technological well-being of the country will be satisfactory.
In conclusion, although people put the blame on the government for low living condition whereas others accuse neglect of the neighboring states, both sides of count are right.
