In this world, countries are classified into three levels: developed countries, developing countries, and undeveloped countries. Many developed countries are wealthy, while undeveloped countries rank low in global finances. We cannot deny that undeveloped countries face problems such as poverty, food insecurity, health issues, and lack of access to education. In my opinion, wealthy countries should share their riches with poorer nations by providing not just money but also essential resources like food and education. This essay will detail the supporting points for this idea.
The major reason is that many developed countries have stable and strong economic growth because, in the past, they invaded and colonized other countries, exploiting their valuable resources for their own growth. For instance, during the era of colonization, England was the most powerful country in the world with the largest economic growth. This power came from the resources they exploited from poorer lands. Therefore, they should repay what they took by supporting and providing help to those countries.
Secondly, wealthy countries should provide assistance because it will enhance their image and reputation. For example, the United States provided food and medical supplies to citizens in Uganda. After the world learned about this, they praised the USA and viewed it as a savior.
In conclusion, wealthy countries should share and provide help to undeveloped countries. This assistance can be seen as repaying what they exploited and can also enhance their reputation and image globally. However, undeveloped nations should not rely solely on help from developed countries; their governments must also look after their citizens and manage their countries effectively.
