In contemporary society, the debate over the pros and cons of international travel is a pressing one. While some people believe that travel abroad should have limitations to prevent its detrimental impacts on the environment, others contend that air travel offers plethora of benefits that far outweigh the Disadvantages. I will discuss both view and give my perspective

On the one hand , international travel has undeniably stimulated economic growth in numerous countries especially developing one . Tourism has become cornerstone of many economies, contributing to job creation in various sectors such as transportation, hospitality and retail . A notable example is thai lan , which has experienced robust economic growth, largely driven by the surge in tourist numbers. Moreover, the revenues generated from international travel can be reinvested in others crucial sectors including healthcare systems , education and infrastructure , ultimately improving the standard of living for local residents.

On the other hand , there are concerns associated with environmental degradation. The carbon dioxide released from transportation activities and accommodation deteriorates natural habitats. For instance , ha long bay in Vietnam, once pristine and untouched, now grapples with the ecological footprint left by tourists, threatening its fragile ecosystems. These scenarios underscores a model that prioritizes environmental conservation over mere economic gains. The balance between welcoming outsiders and preserving the integrity of these unique places calls for innovative solutions and responsible tourism practices that ensures the longevity and health of both local cultures and their natural surroundings.

In conclusion, while there are disadvantages related to environmental costs, the advantages of economic growth is equally important. A balance between economic benefits and environmental stewardship is essential for sustainable and prosperous nation’s development.
