There is a view that allocating much money for building in the outdoor public areas plays a big role in towns and urban zones. There are many agree sides of this phenomenon like easing cost of houses and developing country. However, I believe that this idea can affect to people badly such as bringing new modern style of houses from other countries, – Japan, South Korea and etc.
On the one hand, building of houses and institution is allocated a lot of money and many houses are built in towns and in urban areas. Therefore, the price of houses is falling day by day, and people who suffered from homelessness and could not live well in the past can buy new house for living, and so, a host of people mention, “this way is important for individuals”. Developing country in this field is more important compared with other domains. Indeed, government for rising in the rating of world uses investing heavily money for housing. As a result, government can be rival for the five strongest countries. This figure is the most important for government.
On the other hand, spending lots of money for building in the all part of world is disadvantages for opinion of some people. Due to being lower of education level that required investments, government and also local people consider building new houses (investing heavily money for building) not need to for us – this is at the mercy of education. Secondly, construction of new expensive houses instead of old ones cause to lose their culture. To give explanation, in almost all situations, building different style of houses that are new style (foreign countries style) face to odds because of not liking these houses.
In conclusion, if government want to develop, they should invest to buildings. I believe that people who want to save their culture need invest to their education and also protest to investing deposit for building.
