The premise of this discussion is some people believe that raising the license age overcome road accidents, while other people believe that training and experience are important for driving. Practices makes man perfect it means that people do more practice and took training of driving overcome road accident
Broadly speaking most of the people think that rising license age overcome the tragedies on road. Licensed person is more experienced in driving than teenagers. The behavior of teenagers is stubborn and risky than aged person because most of the teenagers have no license they drive car in over speed. But licensed person know all the rule and regulations of driving therefore the people believe in increasing the legal age for driving would reduce road accident. For my perspective increasing the legal age for driving is not enough to reduce road accident. People would like to learn proper driving skill.
On the other hand, some people argue on the statement of increasing legal age for driving would reduce road accident. They think that proper training of driving play important role to overcome road accident. Moreover, they think that experienced person know about all rules and regulations of driving such as speed, overtaking techniques etc. Trained and experienced person know all techniques of driving which may help to reduce road accident because trained and experienced person drive very carefully. In my informed opinion, practice makes man perfect so that why trained and experienced people are better in driving and their driving skill overcome road accidents.
As a consequences of this, people thinks that rising license age overcome the tragedies on road but in my view only having licensed is not enough for driving on road because experienced people have more knowledge of driving skills.
To summarize that licensed people should be well trained and experienced for driving to overcome road accidents.
