There is an argument that people who are living in 21st century experience better quality of life in comparison with people from former centuries. I believe that, with rapid improvement in any field of science such as medical, technology humans can live in better conditions.
It is undeniable that people in last century have more hectic and stressful life compared to prior centuries. Because people must work long hours to cover their own and their
family’s needs. Moreover, some people may lose their jobs due to the improvement of technology like AI. For instance, many programmers or designers who became jobless because companies use AI instead of these people. Also, most of the people may use inappropriate diet and eat fast food which can cause health issues.
But the benefits of living in 21st century are more valuable than its drawbacks. The improvement in medical fields is really remarkable. For example, scientists cure most of diseases even cancer which in the past centuries can cause death. Generally, people have longer and healthier life these days. Additionally, the improvement of technology brings lots of opportunities and ease for anyone. For example, we can have more communication with anyone from all around the world using online platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp. And as an admirable innovation changes many things and makes many tasks easier. AI can be used for planning for getting information for learning languages for analysis any charts, pictures or maps. It can also create photos videos and audios as the client wants and so many other interesting uses.
All in all, I think it is true that individuals may experience stressful and busy life, and a small group of people face some problems in this century, due to economic conditions or rapid improvement of technology and, AI which can cause job loss for a small group of people. But, most of these issues can be solved using technology appropriately. Also, the benefits and opportunities which this century brings for humans cover more important fields like medical and provide ease for a larger group of people.
