To begin with , there are various reasons behind that new employee have lack of basic skills , new workers are mostly youngones , they spend their most of time alone in the hostel with their mobile phones . They do not give prefrences to going outside and meet with other . If they do not have cahnce to meet with others , they do not have these skills . Another remarkable aspect is that , poor education quality . To put it simply , in the school , college and univiersities teacher give prefrence to teach acedemic subject rather then teach social skills such as cooperative , sharing and helping . Due to this , they have a lack of interpersoanl skills.
