Furthermore, there are profound implications for their future, as prolonged exposure to digital devices may result in underdeveloped communication skills and a diminished enthusiasm for academic pursuits.
In conclusion, it is imperative to address the issue of excessive smartphone use among children with urgency. I advocate for the implementation of stringent limits on daily screen time, suggesting a maximum of two hours per day. Furthermore, it is crucial for parents to actively participate in mitigating their children’s reliance on digital devices, thus promoting healthier lifestyle choices and supporting their emotional and social development.
