Many nations are facing increasing in the rate of crime. Individuals says recruiting more police officers and put in the many areas are the best way to decreasing crime rate. In my view only hiring more people in the police force is not the best option and this option is become burden on the government as well as on the text payers. I totally disagree with this statement.
Many regions in the world are having increase in the rate of crime after the COVID-19 pandemic hit on the entire world. Due to COVID-19 many people are lost their jobs and they are facing difficulties in the surviving life. Moreover, because of that people are choose to robe. For prevent this consequences government have to create more job opportunists along with provide shelter to needy people. Additionally, government should provide some grants to them, with the help of that money needy people can survive their life and find other way to provide essentials amenities to their family. With the help of this method rate of crime directly reduce.
Other argue with, increasing amount of police staff is the best way to prevent robbery as well as crime. In my view, this method is very costly for the government, all the staff get salaries in monthly basis and government body are responsible for these. Increasing in the staff members it gets burden on the government and these salaries are pay in the tax amount which is paid by the tax payers. However, to make strict rules is the best way to avoid these situations. Like someone does the major crime and judicial take very hard decisions on him. With this other people learn lessons to not do the crime.
In conclusion, hiring more staff in the police department is the not the best way to reduce in the crime. In my view provide grants and make strict rules are the best way to reduce in the crime rate in any country.
