It is admittedly true that worldwide many countries have been come with many stringent regulations like reducing the working hours of an employees on their workplaces. This phenomenon can be attributed to several factors and has a mixed of implications on both individuals natural lives and organizations outcomes. This essay will delve into the reasons behind this trend while also acknowledging some of its positive or negative impacts .

On the one hand, there are plenty of notable reasons associated with this trend, stemming from various factors. To begin with, one of the most significant reason is that to reduce the restraints and workloads amongst workers. People who works long hours will suffer several health problems, leading to physical and mental degradation. For instance, a comprehensive analysis suggests that individuals who works as a watchman suffer various health diseases such as anxiety, depressions, and so on. In addition, demographics get busier with their jobs or hectic lives, as a result, do not get the spare time with their families or friends and other leisure activities. Hence, the governments have enforced stringent regulation for providing these fundamental necessities.

On the other hand, there are also numerous positive and negative implications resulting from this change due to a variety of factors. Primarily, the living standards in the countries has risen tremendously incurring the increased of the living expenses as well. Demographics could not support themselves with only one income. Therefore, they can do a part-time job from remaining hours and can support themselves with extra income. Additionally, organizations have to complete their tasks and sell targets within a proper time. The law of restricted job hours resulting the reduced of efforts to the projects, thus, companies cannot implement their tasks.

In conclusion, although reducing the workloads and providing quality time with friends and family are two main causes, as it tremendously helps to mitigate serious problems and also has a mix of impacts on demographics naturals lives and companies goals.
