Our world evolving rapidly ,therefore, people must work under higher preasure to accomplish all daily tough work. For all of theese hardships only social skills can save companies. On the other hand, workers usually work together with their colluages so acting accurately among such employers always desire proper team managing skills.
However, without high academic qualifications it is really hazardous for companies to complate every significant process saccessfully.When people have advance knowledge in their own position, they can accomplish their duties highly,nonetheless, they have low social skills. Wheras employers are highly educated, they also can do their work in a short time without any help.
From my perspective, without high academic abilities working are more challenging than without social skills. Firsly people must improve their knowledge in certain field then commence their work life.
