Band 5+: some employers believe that job applicants' social skills are more important than their academic qualifications.Do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

A certain quantity of employers think that for successful job, communication and cooperation are prioritising features. Despite the fact that high-qualify professionals in all spheres are a scarce resource, frequently inability of getting on with each other can lead to issues in company.

Suppose you are an employer and you are working for a well-known and extremely successful corporation. Your objectives include hiring workers according to their strong CV. Not to mention that you had taken a huge responsibility for domestic atmosphere in collective when you applied for this job. Would the company have success if some individuals can’t communicate with each other and can’t hear each other? The main goal which was set a long time ago by the owner, would be a waste of time, unless the positive atmosphere between colleagues would exist.

On the contrary, academic qualifications are in need, therefore social skills are not a vital factor. Suppose your company specialises on cosmetology, consequently the sectors of different types of cosmetic products are not connected. For you as an employer doesn’t matter if people hardly ever have a small talk. The whole point of your huge business impure is certain and right work of every sector. In case of some quarrels between persons you will not suffer.

In bottom line i would like to add that social skills are highly significant and necessary. In order to overcome all difficulties it is incredibly important to have any contact or bond with people you are working towards. Without discussing and solving problems together corporation will stuck in the whole of misunderstandings.
