For instance, a customer service position, if you were a nurse or a secretary, excellent communication skills so as to build rapport with customers, and you are contributing to the business’s long term growth.
In conclusion, employee contribution is greatly aided by interpersonal skills. Besides, candidates with strong social skills are better equipped to handle and resolve issues with clients.
