On the one hand, based on the economy growing faster people can afford anything what they want to do such as if they can buy a new car or no limited to spending the cost of fuel. While these are the necessities for the life circle but it will be damage the nature environment. The water and air pollution are the good examples to explain why the environment was drop down the value in two decades.
For those reasons, setting higher a cost of fuels like gas, natural gas and petrol were the important things to reduce people these items. Due to increase the cost of these products , they will decline the consumtions. That is why the government developed the consumption of the vehicles insurance, fuels and vehicles tax. For example, if the cost increases for the fuels and vehicles people are willing to by the public transports to replace them and drive the cars. Moreover, improving their awareness of those relevant it may lead them to cut off the pollution cause in their opinion it was the expensive to cover their cost.
