Every individual on the planet has a unique perspective on various topics. Some people claim that only must have the accurate to be strike in all works however, there are others who opine that some people understand there are different. Although both sides have different objectives, from my perspective, the former’r motives are stronger than latter.
It can be seems that every employees have right want their advantage of their boss, when employees face barrier of their working site they can share own decision. Secondly, every workers needs their salaries of every month, if they cannot get their proper salary they are appropriate to strike against their jobs, for instant, salaries low, few times employees suffer this issue. Additionally, some times bosses are too strict they increase working time also added extra working pressure and foced their composition, that time workers sustain depressed and they are doing strike.
On the other hand, every jobs are not as usual such as doctor, this working facilities are very different. Also added that health care and education system as well as transport are safely provides on jobs. Last but not least, jobs service are encourage employees for working facilities, because of workers feel comfortable, for example, some people want to this type of job which is very strict of their rulse and regulations it is more important for work.
In conclusion, while both perspective have valid points. It is clear that the arguments in favor of the first view are more convincing. Therefore, I believe that workers has proper right srike on their jobs is the best approach, as it provides a more effective solution.
