In modern society, the question of whether the best way to ensure a happy home life for youngsters is for parents to take a parenting course once a year has sparked ongoing discussion. However, some people are not in favour of this performance, believing it does not bring any benefit. Personally, I acknowledged the merits of both perspectives, but I am more inclined to the idea that taking a parenting course is more beneficial for children’s behaviour.
On the one hand, one of the main reasons why many people are in favor of taking parenting courses is that it encourages them to create a happier home. This is largely because tutors teach communication, discipline, and emotional skills. For instance, society community centres offer short classes on managing youngster’s behaviour. As a result, it definitely builds fewer conflicts and greater family connections.
On the other hand, some individuals think courses for parents are not compulsory for child development because parenting is learned through life experience and cultural values. For example, many parents raise children naturally without any courses. As a consequence, courses may take time and become a time-consuming financial burden. From my perspective, taking a parenting course is more beneficial for children’s behaviour, as courses give realistic notions for parents on how to manage their children’s behaviour.
In conclusion, although parenting courses can be time-consuming and financially demanding, I believe that the practical skills they offer are invaluable. Overall, the guidance provided on discipline and communication plays a vital role in improving children’s behaviour and strengthening family dynamics.
