People have different views as to whether many people considered that the government is responsible for funding higher education. Other people believe that higher education should be financed by the people themselves. While governmental funding could offer a varity of benefits, I believe that human funding of higher education is better than government funding.
One of the hand state funding of post-secondary education opens up a number of good opportunities for people. For example the government provides funds for the development of university education programs, taking into account the needs of the labor market, thus graduates are provided with knowledge and skills corresponding to the requirements of the market.
One of the other hand government funding of higher education opens up a number of good opportunities for congregation. For example the people funds for the development of university education programs themselves, more young people can get an education, as a result of more financing, a new layer of competition is formed, which can reach the world market and teachers and great masters of better quality are involved in the work.
My conclusion, as I had wrote above both of views have much more specific aspects, I consider both to be useful because they have their own benefits and I think that both should exist in the current global world for example in the currently developing Uzbekistan and I think that in the future, depending on their activities, people should choose one
