Nowaday, the standard of clothes in company is the hot trend for employees, they get up early and prepare carefully for their apperance. Several companies suppose that their employees ought to dress carefully. However, some people believe that employees should fully focus on the quality of work. From my perspective, I strongly believe that dressing carefully will be the advantagous way for almost employees because they will be confident when they are working. In this essay, I will present my opinion about both of these ideas.
First and foremost, employees will feel confident when they wear a right clothes in the company and meeting the costumer. This can be explain by the promotion of their company, when they wear a profession clothes, that means their costumers are fully respected during the cooporation. For instance, almost the company in Ha Noi generate their uniforms or the rules about the standard of clothes and their employees have to follow the rule. As a result, not only their attitudes but also their stage in financial market are enhancing day by day.
Secondly, concetrating on the quality of work will improve the economy of the country. The main reason for this is that employees can save their time on making up and dressing. Thus, they will replace these time-consuming preparation to focus on work. To illustrate, the wood furniture factories in my hometown do not have any rules about the right clothes, they can wear the most comfortable clothes and pay fully attention on establishing furnitures. Therefore, their huge number of furnitures is incredible.
In conclusion, I suppose that employees should dress smartly in all of the companies because they will feel confident with their workmates. However, focusing on quality of work will reduce time for preparation. In the future, I predict that the standard of employees will be higher because of the rapid improvement in financial market.
