There has been important to argue the education or experience which one is better to join high paid jobs. Education will give the high paid jobs. However, some people believe that better experience to get the high paid jobs. In my opinion If you have a good experience in particular work, you will reach the good package. I will elaborate these statements in the essay
Firstly, if you learn higher studies in the particular subject. It will help to apply the high paid jobs. However, the main thing is you will go to the top universities or institutions to join and select which subject you are interested for studies. Moreover, that place having more opportunity for placements to reach the high paid jobs. For Example, if you getting masters in computer science. Hence you will get a so many jobs in this fields.
Secondly, Experience is better than the education the person getting no of degrees its not possible to work. We need practical knowledge to work any fields. Theory is not supporting in work. For suggestion, The company will select the experience person. However, Freshers also do the intern work in particular fields. Experience person will effectively do the all work. Moreover master degree holder cannot do the experience jobs. For instance, If you see the chemical industry they need for the good experience people, its is not support for theoretical knowledge. So experience is required for the high paid jobs
