At present, the capital punishment is not favourable to some people. They think that there are many types of punishment available in our law jurisdiction and the capital punishment is the last option. But I totally agree with that the capital punishment is good to maintain law and order in good condition.
Firstly, these days rape case, murder case and many more crimes which has taken the lifes of loyal and harmless person. So need to handle this situation, the punishment like death penalty is a idea for decrease such crimes. For example, in countries like UAE, if criminals do crime like rape and murder, so they were instantly loose their lives as a punishment and also the case is not go in the court. So the people have fear to doing major crimes.
Secondly, if the law and order is not in good condition, then criminals are not worried about how they get major punishment and do more and more crimes. For example, in some countries, if criminals do major crimes which harms the people life, then that case is submitted to court and not get instant judgement and they get punishment ment like life time prisonment only and not more then that.
To conclude, if the death penalty is mandatory for the major crimes, then the ratio of rape cases, murder cases and many others are decreses. And criminals not do that types of crimes. Especially, women are encourage to go anywhere in the country feel free. That’s why capital punishment is the good option for the maintain law and order.
