Some people believe that having a high rank salary can shape the life better. Some people claim that working a pleasant occupation which makes them joyful is more crecial than getting much money. In my opinion, both are needed in creating someone’s life to succeed.
A satisfied and delighted job nurtures the successful employees who can delighted job nurtures the successful without fail. Working in a joyful and happy environment leads them to be perfect ones. They are always energetic and ready to do multi tasks because of their positive vibes. For me, I was a happy and cheerful employee since I worked in Dawei University. Although I got not much money from that job, I felt really satisfied with such an enjoyable profession. One of my friends got inspired from me and she also became a motivated employee.
On the other hand, earning a lot of money which means high salary is more important than an enjoyable one. Having much money can also engage our motivation. The employees won’t be given the high ranks in an organization if they don’t hold any certificates and have necessary skills. To have such qualifications that the high rank is needed, they need to attend the trainings which are needed to pay money. So, earning a lot of money is also crucial.
To sum up, working an enjoyable job which can earn a lot of money is a best of both worlds for us.
