It is argued by some that work pleasure is more necessary than an attractive income. I completely agree with this opinion an in this essay I will state the reasons for my view.
The most compelling reason for holding to my view is that in this situation people can save work-life balance. Because, people always would rather jobs that give them flexibility to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. This type of work provides workers with more freedom and less time pressure. For example, a software developer may choose to work for remote jobs with flexible hours rather than a high-paying work at a large company that demands long hours.
Another reason for my position is that job satisfaction creates longevity in a career. Because, individuals tend to stay in jobs they enjoy. As a result, this long-term career satisfaction can promote better job stability in both work and workers than high-paying but unsatisfaying positions. For example, someone working in a creative industry may stay in this work for years because they love the work, whereas a high-salary finance job can consume them quickly.
Lastly, enjoyable work can offer more opportunities for learning, improving and personal development. For this reaseon, this growth can be more pleasing thand earning more money. By way of example, a photographer must travel, learn and take a photo of new landscapes. That is why they always would rather refreshing works with flexible schedule rather than working in a company with a high income.
In conclusion, I totally agree with the opinion that certain people prefer job pleasure more than high-paying finance. This is because of feeling happy is more essential instead of much money for being productive. Given this situation, it is recommended that people should do a lot of research and think carefully before entering a job.
