However, some of these jobs are more demanding and challenging such as nursing and firefighting which are the good examples of these careers. These roles can contribute to social welfare, which is noticed by those who are concerned about the impact of their work on their society.
However, I agree with those who consider high salary of a job as an important feature. Firstly, Its highly noticeable that when employee earn more they can experience much more welfare in their life, so they are likely to be highly motivated to work hard and therefore drive their business successfully which is extremely important to companies. As a result, these companies that they are willing to pay huge sums can attract more job seekers. Furthermore, having a lucrative income can contribute positively to improved standard of living for workers. While they can enjoy their career at the same time can have a great management of financial issues without any difficulties.
In conclusion, although the usefulness of a job is undeniably important to society, excellent pay packages have usually been a main factor in choosing that job by almost all employees.
