Many people believe that a good training programme can make people eligible for good teaching. Anyone can be a good mentor if they provide a good training course. I completely disagree with this said notoion and i will ouyline my point of view in the upcoming paragraphs.
To commence with the view of agreement, good training course is best to make the people ready for better teaching. In other words,training course provide many instructions about teaching profession. Furthermore, one can know many things regarded teaching and know how they should take care them and thought them better way. Therefore, taking up this type of course a teacher can learn about good teaching and they become a good teacher.
Secondly, to become a good teacher people must have good qualifications. To explain this,in teaching profession good education certificate valued a lot.Because without this one can not eligible for the post. For example, in the developed countries all teachers are highly qualified. Thus, they have better knowledge and experience in this field.
Further strengthining views, to become a good teacher one must have some ethical values and carishmatic convincing power. To answer this, if mentors does not have some value such as honesty,understanding ,perseverance etc.they do not become a good teacher. And they must have convincing power so that they inspire weak students and who are lack of interest in learning. Thus, teachers can motivate students through this power.
In conclusion, while i believe a goood training course is important for the teachers to make them better tutors but through this training course anyone can not become a good teachers because they must have better qualification and some ethical values.
