While a university degree enables students to secure high-value jobs, I firmly believe that skilled trades provide far better and quicker career opportunities.
On the one hand, there are many high level positions which require an academic qualification. Scholars who completed a professional degree from a certified college or university can apply for these high-level jobs. Although these vacancies require high level of education their salaries are also higher as compared to common workers. For Instance, in medical departments around the world, a person cannot become a registered doctor untill they completed a degree named MBBS. Therefore, if learners obtained a degree they can apply for executive roles.
On the other hand, students who engaged in practical skills have higher chances of get hired by employers. To elaborate, the demand of skill trades are rising globally. As a result student can quickly start their careers faster rather than wasting their time on traditional qualifications. For example, a survey conducted on 100 workers revealed that around 63 workers out of 100… Many developed countries such as dubai, canada inviting skilled workforce. Therefore, the demand of such employees increased considerably in last deades.
In conclusion, while univesity degrees are much time consuming but they make able student to apply for high level jobs, I believe that if someone wants quick employment they should focus on hand on practice because they do not have to spend much time and pay heavy college fees
