Nowadays,it is often argued that students should learn how to manage non at school.Meanwhile there are some people think that students just waste their time for nothing.This essay will discuss both sides and give my opinion.
To begin with,one of the main reasons why money management is necessary among students is that it helps them understand how actually money management works.Let us explain both views.Some people believe that it is helpful for students to know how to manage money.For example,financial literacy can help students to develop their financial skills,it can be useful who thinks about to work in a bank.Understanding the basic financial principles can protect young people from scams and poor financial decisions.
On the other hand,teaching financial management can influence the school programs.Nowadays school programs are already full,and adding new subject such as money management could affect students and teachers.For example,not all teachers have enough knowledge to teach this subject effectively in school systems.This is already the reason why financial education can not be taught in schools.While others argue that teaching financial literacy is necessarily,there are more important subjects than money management.For instance,academic subjects such as physics or math that more required by universities than money education.
In conclusion,my point of view is that students should focus more on learning academic subjects that are required and will be required in the future,rather than learning how to manage money.
