Band 5+: Some people believe that all university students should be required to complete a period of unpaid community service. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Note: Both the topic and the essay were created by one of our users.

Some people argue that sudents should do volunteer work during studying in university. I completely agree with this view becuase this charity work can improve students soft skills and provide students profolio to be more widely.

One major reason I support this proposal is that students can be increased thier soft skills by participating volunteer work. This is because this work give opportunity to meet a different kinds of people. When students collaborate wirh other volutnteer in the project, students can memorize and learn how other work, leading to students gain more skills such as team communication and adaptive learning. For examplem, a student who joining to free cousult learning workshop could br improved their presentation skills and analytics skills by teaching and listening.

Another compelling reason I support this proposal is that students can bring their experience and result of joining to build their own porfolio. By collaborating charity work, this experience can be showed in resume or portfolio for presenting students backgrounds. As a result, students who particapting any volunteer works can use this view to show the skills that collaboration and gaining in that event to apply for employment or study aboard. For instance, a student who joing in voulnteer work may receive a certificate of job so this experience can improve the profile of student for future career.

In conclusion, I agree that university students should be participated to do charity job beacuse students can gain more softs skill and improve their profile that crucial for opportunity in future.
