In my opinion , historical buildings like museums,castles ,churches and old goverment buildings are important to keep. These buildings show the culture and history of the country .Tourists also visit these places and this can be removed to build new buildings.
There are some good things about preserving old buildings. First , they remind people about the past. People cen learn about how people lived long time ago. Also , many old buildings have special desings and they look beautiful . For example , old buildings in Europe have nice windows and decorations. In addition , keeping them can make the city look unique and interesting.
However , there are also some bad sides . Old buildings cost a lot to repair . Sometimes they are not safe or strong anymore.Also they use a lot of space and sometimes it is better to use the land for new schools,hospitals, or houses .
