Some today have argued that children should learn advanced subjects at school, but others suggest that it would be beneficial for them to enhance their practical part of education. In my perspective, it is significant to have profound schooling. However, practical activities must be added in a student’s school curriculum.
Those who argue in favor of improving the level of academic subjects, maintain the importance of in-depth studying. Moreover, they are convinced that this type of education not only ensures the superior understanding of the school system, but also facilitates a student’s development and resilience. In Ukrainian schools the system of education includes various subjects, providing involvement to a different type of theoretical activities. Thus, this system focuses on doing complicated tasks, also learning rules and formulas that is commonly challenging for children.
On the other hand, those who are studying at the school with more practical inclination receive better educational incentives and encouragement in contrast to theoretical schooling. Depending on an activity the child will push themself outside of the comfort zone and will expend their horizontes. Also such activities will help youth in the future with the job, because it is necessary for them to be competent and have experience and practice. It is considerable for school-aged children to behave themself in such a way.
In conclusion, although it is always suggested that students need to learn academic subjects at school, I believe that practical skills will be more useful and provide children with experience and promote their persistence.
