Additionaly, climate change poses a serious threat to biodiversity. Instead of allocating billions to economic development, officials could use these resources to improve combat climate change. For instance, investing in renewable energy could significantly enhance the quality of life for future generations.
In my view, while economic growth offers undeniable benefits, it should not come at the expense of solving critical problems on Earth, because the degredation of the environment is a serioud global issue.
