There is an ongoing debate about whether employees sometimes ask people applying for jobs or personal information, for example their hobbies or interests, and whether they are married or single, wit some saying it might be important or useful, while other people disagree with this notion. I strongly believe that it is not important to ask about person’s all identity and information related to their own families.
On the one hand, more and more employees nowadays asking people applying for jobs or personal information. People will ask about all relevant information related to that workers life. For instance, if someone come to the office and ask help to find a job or apply, they need to tell all the information about themselves, like what is his or her name and contact number where they live and others. However, many company direcotrs or other bosses are asking information about that workers life, whether they have a child, married or single. By looking these datas they will give relevant job positions for the new workers. Additionally, more companies now saving the datas about each workers, if someone comes from the government they will definitely show and introduce each employees. These reasons shows that sometimes asking your personal information might be better.
On the other hand, in the present day asking employees all details is not significant because there is appearing more thefts such as cyber bullings. This is one of the most importan reason, not some but all people will fear because of that cyber bullings. For instance if they give their all details and personal information to the manager, that managers will save which is useful, but there are some people who tries to open a new account by using your personal details which will be damage to you. Since then, they can borrow a huge amount of money from the bank. As a result, some people will work just to satisfy other people and earn money only for their debts. In additon, in the twenty first of century the technology is really developed and AI is also becoming popular at this point, which is another huge drawback of giving details to others, no matter who is manager, boss, or directors.
In conclusion, giving personal information is good only for trustworthy people, but it is not the sign of giving all details just your name and contact phone. Although, I strongly believe that providing all information about your interests and families not crucial.
