Although, it is thought by many that the government should invest more money in science education rather than other subjects to develop the nation. I do not agree with this point of view as not all people are the same and the country can be enhanced through other fields as well.
Every person has a unique and unrepeatable personality. Therefore, even if authorities will fund science subjects more than other ones such as art, which is the best way for students to express themselves through them, not every learner will be interested or study with enthusiasm physics or math in order to help their country. As a result, it can be a limit for students to think out of the box, and problem-solving skills in a creative way for complex issues on a global scale. For example, in South Korea the funding disturbed equally for both science and other disciplines.
Perhaps, other subjects can develop the country, too. In an economical perspective, the students who study subjects like Music can boost the economy by enriching society with their creative approaches for a music industry and creating worldwide popular festivals, which would lead to a growth in tourism in the country. Moreover, architecture students can offer practical projects to enhance infrastructure of the big cities that could solve problems such as traffic congestion or housing, by benefiting not only the country but also individuals.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that governments should equally disturb money for all subjects as everyone has different preferences and countries could be advanced from other fields too than those related to science ones.
