For a long period of time, people thought the nature of happiness is something that spread by philosophers and poets. Nowadays scientists have come with a new way to understanding the manning of happiness in a more analytical way by study human flourishing in positive psychology.

On the one hand, the most well-known reasons for being happy are wealth or success, but researchers has shown that roughly 50% of our content is obtain in genetics, and 10% is belong to things that happens in our lives. The other 40% can be achieved by daily habits and mindset.

The brains chemical contain some hormones such as endorphin, dopamine, serotonin that can naturally boosted by daily routines for example; listing to music, socializing, exercises and practicing gratitude.

One of the most efficient way to require happiness is mindfulness, that’s means being aware about surroundings and do not judge any thing. For example the most popular way to achieve mindfulness is meditation because its linked to reduce stress and emotional regulation. And studies shows that people who put meditation in daily chores are tend to be more satisfied with their lives.

Moreover, generosity and act of kindness can encourage the brain system in other word, doing good feels good. In the time, there is no one-size-fits-all formula for feel fulfilled, researchers came in common ground that it can be achieved by small but helpful actions, that everyone can train their mind to be more focused in their minds about their environment that can help well-being in long term actions
