To begin with a handful of people believe that university degree is a better option to achieve a job.Whilst, others argue that experienced and skilled person is best . I will discuss both opinions.
The university degree is more theortical knownledge givrn to students.So,that they get their desired jobs.They know things in depth with an accurate amount of knowledge.Thus,they stay in touch with new technology which they have recently studied because educational sectors do upgrade by the passes of time with the introduction of something new in the jobs.For examples ,there are almost of 90% of students who get there field jobs by the help of providing internships by their colleges or university.
On the one hand, talking about the skilled workers they have more experienced as they have spend much time in the same industry.So, they get familiar with that which definitely help them to cope up with any dangerous situations if it occurs in the company.Even they have high practical knowledge about the work they are performing daily.For instance, there are around 70-80% workers in India Who are working in factories they have more practical knowledge they have not studied that in any university.
To conclude, I am partoally agree with both the statements. Thus, it depends upon the work we are performing whether its theoretical or practical. Therefore, it revolves around the job the person working if it neends more theory knowledge then it better to gain knowledge from schools whereas in force work practical skills can work
