There is debate between two groups of people, the first group believe that they should surrender to life and follow their predetermind destiny even if it is not pleasant, whereas as the second one argue that they are the creators and it is possible to further improve all aspects of life. This essay will discuss both sides and shows why the latter is more a better choice.

On the one hand, some indinviduals have a default way of thinkg, they want to swim in the same direction of currnets, their life is already in the hands of fate or any superior person or beings. Although this kind of thoughts may lead to both more flexiblity and less short term pressure, in long term they become the plaything of various factors including people who have more power to maniuplate them and also the economy which if they are not living in a well developed region may suffer greatly. A good example of such people are, the ancient chinese people where the majority thought talent and tribe are everythings and if they are not talented or a part of larger wealthy family they have to abide by ther others.

On the other hand, through the history we come across many great men and woman, that face many difficulties, such as born in poor families and ecnountering many personal and social issues, yet they refrain from surrendering to the destiny and decided to bulit their own way, even if no one had ever walked such a path. These people’s attitute pushed them through conscious hardship in short term; however, in the long term they have gained freedom and fame. Moreover they find a sense of goal since they know that they have the ability to choose their fate. For instance Thomas Edison, the well-known inventor who was fired from school invented hundreds of invetions, not only made himself famous but also greatly contributed to the world there after.

In conclusion, while the people who easily accept bad situations have the ability to cope with problems, they don’t live a fullfilled life since for them evey thing is already planned by others, whereas the second group move through a different path that gives them both more power and sense of fullfilment.
