Certain segments of society are of the opinion that job satisfaction is more important than salary; others, however, asserts that earning high salary is more crucial. In spite of the fact that many people cannot get a job at present, my view aligns entirely with the second notion due to survive in the modern competitive world.
To begin with, there are not enough job sectors in this era. This is because inflation, companies face higher operational costs. Therefore, they tend to cut express rather than recruit new employees. As well as difficult tasks are being done by Al and automation. For this reason getting a job has become a source of satisfaction and pride in society. For instance, recent research has revealed that 55% people are satisfied after getting a job. However, to lead a good life, high salary is necessary.
On the flip side, more and more people are of the opinion that because of this high salary people can lead a successful life. One of the strongest arguments is that they can save money for their future life. As well as, by it, people can fulfill their dream. One of the prominent examples is that a recent survey has discovered that in the developing world 27% people are surviving their life by high salary. In order to an advance lifestyle can put at risk because of excessive spending.
So I support this school of believe because controlling extra spend I get a peaceful life.
To conclude, I reiterate that I find myself in full accord with the second notion for getting more opportunities for high salary in my life, even though getting a job itself is the main satisfaction. Still a balance approach is essential.
