According to some, urban areas offer more conviniences to reside, while others argue living in rural areas is better. Although both of these ideas seem to be rational, I would side with the former group of people.
There are several advantages to living in rural areas, one of which is developing a healthy lifestyle. Rural areas usually have less air pollution and noise since there are fewer cars, factories, and crowded roads. This means that rural areas can provide a peaceful environement, which can encourage people to spend more time outdoors and reduce stress. For example, people living in villages can do many outdoor activities such as cycling, walking, or playing sport games. Another equally compelling argument can be that rural areas have slower-pace of life. There are not stressfull workloads, heavy responsibilities, or office works that people need to do every single day. As a result, people may have more time to sleep well, develop their hobbies, spend time with families, and enjoy outdoor activities, which can lead to a more emotionally balanced life.
However convincing these arguments mightseem, I bilieve that urban areas are more diserable for its educational and work opportunities. Unlike rural areas, cities have more educational centers such as private schools, learning centers, or institutions that can make more effective learning environment for students. Moreover, cities can offer wide range of job opportunities because they have more companies, businesss, and industries. For example, a large city may have jobs in finance, IT, tourism, and education, while rural areas have fewer types of employment. Another advantage of living in urban areas is that they provide better infrastructure. Most of the time cities have better-developed infastructure, including public buildings, advanced roads, and public transport. People in cities generally can rely on public services without problems. For example, in cities, there are many advanced public transport with air conditioning, charging services, and other conviniences for society.
In conclusion, the idea that rural areas are better place to live is justifiable as individuals live in a healthy lifestyle and at a slower pace. However, I believe not only urban areas provide educational and employment prospects but they also offer reliable infrastucture.
