People are looking a good job with either excellent salary pakages or other qualities. Many job seekers argue that higher salary jobs are always on their priority, while other thinks money is not only factor, we should look after other qualities such as facilities, job level, field of interest, job security etc. In my opinion, I strongly argument that only money should not decide job selection because it would not be worthit if a person does not have any interest in a job, and should justify level of skill that person has.
Firstly, lack of interest in the selected field should be crucial factor while applying jobs. It can not be ignored that money also plays significant role on job selection, however, we should not understimate other factores. When a person has full of interest in work, it is more valuable – in career development or company’s benefits, which can not be replaced by money. For instance, if a person choose a job with out interest only on the basis of salary, there is higher chances of switching job to other field. In a result, unstability on career goals could ultimately affect his success in professional life. Therefore, people should choose a jobs if they have strong interest, keeping money in less priority.
Secondly, it is equally important to find the job that justify abilities and skills of applicant. When it does not meet that could waste talent of a person and investment by the government to build all those skills. For example, if someone choose a personal care job instead of teaching profession due to high salary rather than skills, that affects on career. Hence, job seekers should look for a job which allign with skills and talents.
In conclusion, people have different thoughts about job selection. Many choose money over other factors while others stick with interest and career goal. In my opinion, money should not be the primary factor when we select job. Meantime, people have to look interest over task, allignment with skills, jobs level etc for successful career.
