It is often argued that the older generation may have great abilities to be leaders. Others, however, believe that the younger generation has better qualities in leadership positions. This essay will discuss both perspectives before presenting my own opinion.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why people support this view that adults can have good problem-solving skills because they have more life experience which can be useful. This means that they can think faster and solve problems frequently because of their background. In addition, they can in some critical situations stay calm and because of their emotional endurance and resilient character which further strengthens this viewpoint.
On the other hand, many people strongly believe that young people can be better in leadership positions, this view is based on the belief that they are more creative and flexible wich means that they adapt in each situation and find creative solutions for problems. As a result, they can develop creative ideas in crisis situations. As an example, they can add new changes in their workplace to do employees more productive. From my perspective, older people are likely to be better in leadership because of their background which, may include a lot of practical and useful skills that the younger generation may not have because of lack of life experience.
In conclusion, although both views have their own merits, I believe that the older generation has better qualities for leadership than the younger generation because of its abilities and life experience.
