Nowadays, many people argue that schools should focus only on subjects that are directly influence students academic career. They believe that other subjects such as music and sports are not play crucial role.Howewer , I completely disagree with this view because I think all subjects including music and sports play an important role in child’s overall development.
One of the key reason for prioritizing music and sports is that it helps students become well – rounded individuals. That is to say, these subjects improve creativity , physical health and emotional balance. As a result, students gain knowledge in all subjects as mathematic , English music art sport and so on.For example, in developed countries like Findland and Korea there students should learn every subjects because it identifies students future job.
Another important reason is that not all students want to work in traditional careers like business, medicine or engineering.Some of them have talent in music, art or sports and these areas can lead to successful careers. Consequently, different sectors in the country will develop and it can causes good interactions with other developed countries.For instance,if an artist’s work is represented in another country obviously it can take attention of international investors or art scholars.Moreover it can’t leave impact to the country.
In conclusion,I strongly believe that all school subjects are important, music and sports support students personal growth and help them explore different career paths. Therefore, schools should offer a balanced curriculum that includes both academic and creative subjects.
